Drones have come a long way in a relatively short amount of time and as such the rules around drone use is constantly evolving. That is why you should always use a CAA approved operator. AVP were one of the first companies in the UK to be granted permission for aerial work by the CAA back in 2015. And as such we have logged hundreds of incident free hours. We use FLOCK insurance, underwritten by Allianz, giving us the flexibility to scale up our cover and public liability on a job by job bases. 
 
 
All of our aircrafts are DJI. They are the market leader in the drone sector as well as having superb safety features. Our largest commercial grade UAV is the Inspire 2 which features a host of safety systems including dual batteries, dual compass, smart return to home and collision avoidance sensors. Fitted with the X5s camera system we are able to use a wide range of M3/4 lenses creating the perfect look and feel to you footage. With approximate flying time of 27 minutes per charge, multiple batteries and on-site fast charging means we have the ability to fly virtually all day. For more technically changeling filming or for extra safety, we are able to introduce a designated camera operator who can focus solely on capturing the shot and leave the flying to the pilot. 
 
Flying indoors or in confined spaces? Not a problem we also have smaller DJI aircraft and a cable camera system too.  

In a no fly zone, or require longer uninterrupted filming times? AVP can still get that shot with our Pole and cable cam systems. Alternatively let our IPAF and PASMA qualified crew film from a mobile tower or scissor lift all hired through us.
